I know making my first forays into the social scene with Fayre might not be the best idea when I want to be friends with Celeste. I can make that work out somehow. It's not like I'm interested in her for the same reason the two of them don't run in the same circles.
This could get complicated.
I'm not good with these complex social situations. Gebann's always been the one who can field these things, and I'm the guy who watches from the back of the room making sure no one starts trouble. I can see how all of these pieces go together, but I can't make myself fit into it. I've got to start trying though. I can't be like this when we need to have allies. I need to fit myself in even if I'm not the right puzzle piece. He's going to need someone like that, and I am going to regret not being it.
